The room was absolutely perfect: spotlessly clean, very spacious, and in a fantastic location directly opposite the railway station.
The staff were even more wonderful. I missed breakfast, and a lovely lady kindly gave me a bottle of orange juice and two croissants to take with me. So kind! 」

「Handy location to Durham and countryside. Clean cozy and friendly clear communications. Nice touch to have some supplies available on arrival. Felt unclear where to park as other locals parked up but I’m sure it would have been clear should I have asked.」

「Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. 」

「Clean warm loads of room 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one en-suite loads of coffee sugars and teabags, we were on first floor so we could hear people passing by later on in the evening but in the centre of Newcastle it wasn’t so bad and really to be expected, I absolutely highly recommend this place definitely plan to use these apartments again and the staff were amazing extremely friendly and helpful 5 stars 🌟 」
