「It was like home away from home 」

「This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. 「Excellent location. 45 minutes transfer from UVF International Airport. 15 minutes drive to Soufrière town, Gros Pitón, Sugar Beach, Sulphur Springs. 25 minutes drive to a must see Anse Chastanet beach. 「We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling.」

「Overall a comfortable stay. Would have liked the host to have been much more responsive to communication — used whatsapp as mentioned on the welcome booklet but never received a response. I felt cleaning should have been done daily unless requested otherwise. And lastly the shower was minimally luke warm and for the price I would have expected hot water.」

「As a couple review of the Green Fig the views were breathtaking, the staff was extremely providing and friendly, fantastic food and very easy to acquire taxis through the hotel for excursions and travel. 「It was low key and exactly what I wanted and needed on my vacation. The beach house was right on the beach; you really cannot beat the view from the rooms - truly breathtaking. The beach was pristine, so clean, and the neighborhood people were so friendly. I would go back just to swim in that little area.」

Attention la j avoue j’ai été un peu seul car personne ne m’a accueillit donc pour manger eh bien on était livrée à nous même ce qui est déstabilisant surtout où l’hôtel est situé. 「We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...
