"Disgusting and uncomfortable. The place is horrible, but a in the sheets, towels and wash cloths were grossly stained, I've seen nursing homes look more appealing. It's cheap, I get it, but when you're worried you will catch a disease just trying to dry off after a shower... Gross!"

"The house was clean and tidy. However. The furniture, pictured as very nice in the listing, was old, very worn out, and quite uncomfortable. The cot in the laundry room (second bedroom off the main bedroom) was not restful. We also had problems with electrical connections and lighting. We spent as little time as possible there. The for sale sign out front possibly indicates no intention to do anything further to this property."
