Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem privaten Grundstück mit direktem Zugang zum Meer

Ein wunderschönes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in sehr großem, eingezäunten, mit altem Baumbestand bestens eingewachsenen privaten Grundstück, das einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand bietet. Eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und zur Erholung ein. Das gesamte Gelände ist liebevoll gestaltet, mit sehr vielen Details und Blumen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Vertretung vor Ort kümmern sich in allen Belangen und sind stets erreichbar - Danke für diesen guten Service! 🤗🙃 Wir konnten drei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen in einer traumhaften Landschaft verbringen, die uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben werden. Ein besonderes Highlight sind auch die Hängematten im Schatten der großen Terrasse😎 Vielen Dank für diesen grandiosen Urlaub! 🤗🤗😇

LOCATION INCANTEVOLE ED UNICA

Location incantevole con panorama unico (la vista del mare, i tramonti e la luna sono pari solo ad una nave da crociera) Se il caldo è rilevante (come agosto 2024) pesa certamente l'assenza di aria condizionata (i ventilatori muovono aria calda) La casa è completa di ogni accessorio possa occorrere e la cucina moderna e con accessori per rispondere a qualsivoglia necessità culinaria. La casa, forse a causa del periodo di intenso traffico (settimane centrali di agosto), non consente connessione internet da dispositivi mobili anche se di ultimissima generazione (almeno con TIM e WINDTRE) sicché è possibile, pur con qualche difficoltà, utilizzare solo la linea voce Unica ed impareggiabile la spiaggetta sotto casa che anche il giorno di ferragosto risultava deserta e silenziosissima Il villaggio a fianco è molto discreto e rispettoso degli orari di riposo sicché non da nessun fastidio se non addirittura piacevole in quanto crea una simpatica aria di vacanza

un piccolo angolo di paradiso

La Casa è ubicata in una zona strategica, tra natura selvaggia e il centro di due paesi come palinuro e pisciotta. Le spiagge sono a poco meno di 5 min in macchina come ogni tipo di necessità, farmacia, bar, tabacchi e supermecato. La casa è immersa nel verde con un panorama incredibile e circondata dalla natura! Privacy del luogo totale. Unica piccola pecca ( ma la proprietà nn ci puo fare nulla è la presenza di un villaggio nelle vicinanze che disturba leggermente la fantastica quiete ma devo dire che massimo a mezza notte staccano con ogni musica e attività ) La casa è ben arredata e per essere una casa al mare ha piu o meno tutti i confort disponibili. Noi siamo andati con i nostri due cani anziani che hanno goduto appieno del tanto verde circostante alla casa. l'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di installare delle balaustre o delle ringhiere almeno nelle aree intorno la casa, servirebbero in caso di presenza di bimbi piccoli o animali come nel nostro caso. La doccia all'aperto è impagabile come anche la vista, i colori del mare e il sound della natura che accompagna ogni momento della giornata! consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo pezzo di paradiso, dove sicuramente torneremo. Non perdetevi il tramonto dalla panchina poco sotto il piazzale del parcheggio : )

Villa mit Komfort ???

Wir hatten zu einem sehr hohen Preis im September das Haus gemietet und waren sehr enttäuscht, mit dem was wir dafür bekommen haben. Über die Zufahrt haben wir direkt Schäden am Auto erlitten, z.B. Am Unterboden durch eine nicht sichtbare Schwelle zwischen Straße und Grundstück und Lackschäden an den Seiten durch den starken Pflanzenbewuchs Der sehr steile Zugang zum Meer musste erst freigeschnitten werden und der Strand war ungepflegt und man konnte wegen der sehr großen Steine ganz schwer schwimmen ohne sich zu verletzen. Wir mussten an die bewirtschafteten Strände ausweichen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte eher etwas von einem ungepflegten Abstellraum, und um auf die Toilette und das Bad zu kommen, musste man über einen offenen Hof, was natürlich im Dunkeln sehr unangenehm war. Die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit die durch die sicherlich vor Jahren gemachten Fotos suggeriert wird, waren durch ein in unmittelbarer Nähe liegendes Resort mit Animation nicht gegeben. Das heißt, täglich von nachmittags bis Mitternacht und oft auch später in voller Lautstärke Musik und Animation. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin, hat uns die Eigentümerin eine Nacht rückvergütet, trotzdem würden wir diese als mit allem Comfort angebotene Villa nicht mehr mieten., da Preis und Leistung überhaupt nicht gestimmt haben.

Beautiful holiday

We spent very nice time in the Villa Agave, everything was perfect: location, comfort in the house, cleanness, equipment of the house (it would be hard to find anything that was missing) and the best was the outdoor terrace with beautiful view and large garden providing complete privacy. Sabina was very helpful about everything: organization of our arrival, recommendation for beaches, restaurants and also about practical matters in the house. Just one thing we would appreciate extra, and that is the wifi connection. Thank you once again Sabina!

Ricordo di una bella vacanza a Caprioli Pisciotta

Abbiamo appena terminato la settimana di soggiorno presso questa bella dimora a Caprioli.È stata un'esperienza veramente piacevole. È una casa veramente ben disposta,accogliente e ben attrezzata. Avremo un bellissimo ricordo delle colazioni fatte sotto la pergola con vista verso il mare e soprattutto dei bellissimi tramonti goduti stando stesi sulle amache. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di accedere al mare attraverso una stradina privata, per fare una nuotata serale prima di andare a cena nel carino borgo di Pisciotta

La pace dei sensi

Se siete in cerca di un posto dove rilassare mente e anima questo è il posto giusto! La villa è molto accogliente, il panorama è mozzafiato ed è a due passi anche da Palinuro per chi in cerca di di un po’ di movimento! Ma consiglio vivamente di vivere la casa e tutto quello che offre!

Sabina, proprietaria di questa stupenda casa è una donna gentilissima. È immediata la sensazione di trovarsi davanti ad una donna di gran cultura ed educazione. Ci ha spiegato bene come arrivare, con grande disponibilità ha spiegato noi le caratteristiche della casa. L’appartame è immerso nella macchia mediterranea. Vista mozzafiato. Davvero. Una casa di famiglia, intima e personale.

Posto magico

Villa Agave è molto di più di una casa vacanza. E' un luogo intriso di vibrazioni positive dove poter recuperare un contatto con la natura ed apprezzarne la bellezza e le sorprese che riserva ogni giorno. La casa è essenziale ma ricca di tutto quello che serve a vivere in perfetta armonia, è facile ambientarsi e difficilissimo andar via. Le foto pubblicate rendono solo in parte giustizia alla bellezza, ai colori e all'atmosfera di questo luogo. Un grazie sincero e profondo alla proprietà che ha fatto tutto il possibile (ed anche oltre) per rendere la nostra permanenza memorabile. speriamo a presto! Cristiana e Pasquale

Nice villa facing the sea

Located in a quite area not far from shops, sandy beaches and marina the villa has a beautiful sea view and a private path to the sea with a stones' beach just beside a holiday's village. The villa is equipped with all you need for a pleasant and confortable stay. Two bed rooms that can accommodate 4 pax and a sofa bed on the living room offer the possibility for a fifth person. Kitchen is completed and efficient. Anyway most of the time we spent on the outside patio that is quite big and always cool thanks to the sea breeze. Sabina, the owner is very kind and arrange everything perfectly. Reccomanded.

Un paradiso da amare

Natura bellissima e una casa in cui si sente l’amore dei proprietari per un luogo magico. Il patio è il pezzo forte, con una distesa di mare immenso davanti che ti da quasi la sensazione di stare su una nave, perfetto per le colazioni e le cene. Tramonti mozzafiato ammirabili anche mentre fai la doccia all’aperto sul terrazzo di copertura. L’interno comodo e dotato di tutti i piccoli comfort. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Unica pecca, il villaggio adiacente dal quale, in alcune ore, arrivano suoni dell’animazione e musica ad alto volume, davvero un "delitto" in un luogo caratterizzato da pace e tranquillità. Alla fine della vacanza, però, eravamo stati così bene che ci scherzavamo su e canticchiavamo il motivetto che ci tormentava…

bellissima casa, completa e piena di personalità, fantastico patio e discesa a mare privata

siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e cordialità dalla padrona di casa che ci ha consegnato una casa perfetta, nascosta nella macchia mediterranea, super accessoriata ed ideale per una vacanza di mare e di relax si vede il tocco dell'architetto nei dettagli e nell'arredamento il patio con vista mare e tramonto e luna piena e' incantevole, le amache utili e confortevoli, il tavolo per mangiare all'esterno ottimo la discesa al mare privata e' un asset importantissimo, la spiaggia e' praticamente privata, ma è molto importante avere le scarpette perché è di ciottoli, mare bellissimo i dintorni sono stupendi, la gastronomia fantastica l'unico inconveniente, ma del tutto accettabile, e' la vicinanza acustica di un villaggio/camping che ha però orari e tipologia di animazione non particolarmente fastidiosi, se non vi fosse sarebbe tutto praticamente perfetto così lo è quasi ma la vacanza e' stata bellissima e la casa e' assolutamente da consigliare
