"We stayed 7 nights at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel. This was our return visit, and while the overall experience was still good, it didn’t quite match the standard of our previous stay. The hotel itself remains elegant and well located, with a classic charm that stands out in Zagreb. However, this time some aspects of the stay felt a bit less polished compared to before. On a positive note, the room service team was excellent throughout, consistently professional, friendly, and responsive, and easily a highlight of the stay. Overall, still a solid hotel with strong service in key areas, but a slight step down from our last visit."
