No air conditioning and we were not able to keep the windows open because there was no screen provided on the windows And bugs would get inside the room. We had to keep the windows closed at night. "This hotel is the best in Gijón. Although an old property it is very well maintained with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms have AC which is a plus in Europe and difficult to find operationally. We often go to Gijón and after many failed attempts, we found this centric beautiful place! Great job. "

It's a pleasure to see such attention to detail in keeping the place spotless and inviting. What's more, I appreciate that the spa is never crowded and always maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It truly enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The breakfast provided was incredibly delicious, with an extensive variety to choose from. What's more, you can order as much as you want, which adds to the overall indulgent experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak Spanish, there was always someone available who could communicate in English.
