The living room leads to the sleeping area, which consists of a spacious and elegantly furnished double bedroom with a TV and a pouf that can serve as a third bed if needed; the sleeping area is completed by a bathroom with a shower stall. The bedroom opens onto a private outdoor space used as a laundry area. Additionally, the apartment offers a side entrance leading directly to the building’s communal pool, which is free to use and reserved exclusively for guests.
