The best part about the apartment was the location - around the corner from the main square in Zagreb although neither taxi company dropped off or picked up at the door due to roadworks. "We had a very comfortable 3 night stay here. Tihomar contacted us the day prior to arrival to organise our check in and was very flexible about the time as we were uncertain of the exact time we would get there. We were able to contact him when we were approaching Zagreb to update him and agree an exact time. "Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....

"Cute little apartment. When we checked in, David showed us around, explaining how to use the TV, etc., and where important items were located. The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable.
