helpful and good service
Old but clean. The staff at the front desk was helpful ,I was glad because she changed to a room with a balcony. Good service with tea and coffee and popcorn. Iced tea was very good. However, there was gray hair on the towels and dryer in the bathroom and someone opened the sugar in the coffee set.

スタッフの方の対応がとても心地よく，快適な滞在となりました． 子ども向けには、簡単なプレゼントや定期的なイベント，ポップコーンのサービスなどがあり、大喜びでした。 朝は豪華な朝食に加え，川のほとりでくつろいだり、動物と戯れたり出来た点もとても良かったです。 また夕食では、近くには徒歩圏内にレストランがあり，飲酒も兼ねてゆっくりくつろげる点も◎でした。 また次の機会にも利用します！！

Loved the popcorn and fresh cookies and listening to the live music while sitting outside by the fire pit on Friday evening!! The buffet breakfast was really good!!!! The whole experience at the Inn was great!!!!😊

Upon arrival to check in after midnight and a 4.5 hr drive, we weren’t greeted with a “welcome to…”. When we entered our room there was a bug crawling on the bed, so I took a video. When we went back to the front desk, the young guy that checked us in had the audacity to tell us they only had 2 rooms left and they cost more. WHO talks up charge to change your room in a situation as this? How rude! Long story short, we would never stay at the The Inn on The River again.

Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. We must have gotten a room that had just been redone. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not have to wait long for an elevator to go to your room. Breakfast option was good. Popcorn at night was great! Very nice place to stay and look at the water and wildlife. The only thing is there is only one way in and out! But we will stay there again.

Nice wood paneling and floors in the corridors. The wood floors made for pushing the carts much easier. We had the river side which we thoroughly enjoyed while sitting on the room’s balcony. In the evenings when we were there, they had a guitar singer with popcorn and non-alcoholic drinks. They did not have an exercise room but did have a pool and hot tube. Breakfast included sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, etc. Our room was clean and nice. They had outdoor seating with a fire pit. They also had a fireplace in the lobby seating area. It was all very nice.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean, walk in shower and housekeeping only cleans every other day but when we got back to the room they gave us clean towels and emptied the trash. Great breakfast buffet with actual cups and plates nut styrofoam. Nice area by the fire pit to sit in rickets and free popcorn

This was our first time at the inn. We enjoyed our two night stay at this property. The lobby was nice and staff was welcoming. Overall it was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was nice with plenty of pillows. Nice walk-in shower. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here before and was not happy that the beds were not made and room was filthy! But I let that slide…The reason I am posting this review NOW is that I called to ask about booking a new reservation and bringing and elderly relative who is 84 and has a 10 pound service dog. I was utterly shocked by the lady who I spoke to in reservations as she repeatedly said. “ let me give you the number of other hotels” even though this hotel says clearly it accepts service dogs. That is not only clear discrimination but an ADA VIOLATION! I am highly disappointed and utterly appalled at the manner in which this person clearly reiterated over and over to basically find another motel as they won’t honor the ADA laws or guidelines regarding service animals! Never been treated so rudely before!!
