Spacious, comfortable and ideally located in the heart of Pigeon Forge. This condo offers all accommodations you have been looking for, full kitchen, super comfortable sleeper sofa, full bath and cozy interior.
Steps from the parkway in pigeon Forge, 5 min walk from the grocery stores and island of pigeon Forge, where you can find many activities for kids and adults, restaurants and fun walking, enjoyable evenings next to the fountains.

One car per reservation!

No smoking of any kind allowed:

Great stay in Pigeon Forge!

Great area and a quiet stay. Comfortable bed and spacious living area and bathroom. Washer and dryer and kitchen was also appreciated. Slight cigarette smell lingered everywhere, even though there are signs everywhere that say not to smoke- someone must have :/ Only other complaint was that the pillows needed pillowcases (luckily I brought my own) and extra towels and washcloths were needed as well (again,luckily we had packed some) Other than that it was a very nice stay in a nice space and safe area!

Needs some new paint, walls have alot of marks and smudges, especially in the bathroom.Bedroom window needs some weather seal, bedroom stayed cold due to air coming in around window. Good location and easy to find.Ok for a weekend getaway

Perfect place for us!

My wife and I stayed over a busy holiday weekend. The location allows you to get off the strip and avoid the traffic, yet still be able to access the main attractions with ease. There is a grocery store, and several places to eat that can be accessed without leaving the back roads. Way better than a busy hotel. We would stay here again. Thank you!

I’ll Stay Again

This condo is located on the street behind the main strip making the location perfect for walking to various points of interest in Pigeon Forge, including The Island. This is a better option than a small hotel room if visiting the area for multiple nights. The property was clean with basic kitchen items and starter toiletries. A washer and dryer are also in the condo but no starter detergent (not saying there should be) so bring your own. A great place at a comparable rate to many hotels in the area. It appears a cleaning fee is included but it doesn't double the rate as it seems happens when booking a cabin.

Perfect location

We had a great stay, great location especially with a little one to get back fast after late shows. We mostly eat out while on vacation, but if you are a big cooker this kitchen night not work for you. It has the necessities but on the smaller side. There are few minor things that need to be fixed in the condo but nothing that affected our stay. The only issue we had was with the cleaning staff, they were confused on our check out days and kept checking our box everyday for the key to get in so I don’t recommend leaving it in the lock box during your stay.

Great Smoky Mountain Basecamp!

This was our third stay with this host and the second time in a year we stayed in this unit. It was immaculate, exactly as described and perfectly located. This was the perfect base for my son and I on our recent trip where we stayed on the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville side of things. Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay In Pigeon Forge II

This was our second stay with this property owner. The unit was newly remodeled and in impeccable condition. Location is perfect, right off the strip, and central to all that we wanted to do and did. Can't wait to come back down again and hopefully stay again.
