Lovely and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Golf Vista Condos has views of both the Gatlinburg Golf Course and the Great Smoky Mountain peaks. Nestled right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, this conveniently located condo is right cross from the Gatlinburg Golf Course and less than a half a mile from the main parkway. Easily access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg within minutes. This condo is spacious and clean with an open floor plan. Large, open kitchen with tons of counter space and room to entertain. Bar area seats 3-4 guests, and table in dining area will seat up to 8.

Brand new bed in Master bedroom. New sleeper sofa couch and sleeper sofa chair are located in the living room area. The new sleeper sofa couch has an innovative memory foam mattress topper that is super plush and very comfortable! The master bedroom has it's own private jacuzzi tub and French doors that lead to the spacious balcony. This private balcony has awesome views for both day and night. During the day, view the majestic mountain peaks of the Smoky Mountains and the golf course. At night, see the city lights and the fireworks from Dollywood.

This pristine 2 bedroom/2 bath golf getaway is located in the Golf Vista community directly on the Gatlinburg Golf Course. Dollywood is just minutes away, and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the private balcony!

Awesome location!

Just far enough outside the main area of pigeon forge but close enough that it is just a short drive. The condo had everything we needed as far as the kitchen so we could cook instead of going out. Plenty of towels and very clean! Awesome place to stay!

This condo was very nice and perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for catching the Dollywood fireworks at night. The owner communicated very well when we had questions. Perfect stay here.

Very clean on inside

The outside needs some maintenance done but overall the room was very clean. The traffic noise was loud but not unbearable. We were close to everything. Short trip to parkway and grocery.

Thanksgiving weekend

Overall the place is as presented in the pictures. The listing states new mattress in the master bedroom but I would beg to disagree. The king mattress was very uncomfortable from extended use. Also the road noise at night is extremely loud in the master bedroom. A white noise machine would be recommended. Otherwise it was in a great location.

The dryer did not work. If the property manager had informed us of that fact, I would have brought more clothes, with the knowledge I could not wash and dry the few clothes that I brought. The sliding doors and windows need to be replaced as they do not keep down the street noise or the hot and cold air. The traffic is just as loud with them closed as it is with the doors open. The rug had a strong odor of a family pet. (Dog) we will not stay there again.

I had a lot of trouble getting checked in. I never received information on this before my trip and the cell reception was spotty so I couldn't access vrbo app or texts msgs most of the day. The phone number given for host worked half the times I tried it. The other times it said it wasn't in service. When we finally get checked in, there is only one roll of toilet paper but two bathrooms. There was soap in only one of the bathrooms, a small bar. There is very limited parking. Overall the place is nice & spaceous. But after a long day of traveling and the stress of not being able to check in, I have mixed feelings of this rental. I won't be back.

Golf Vista 2023

The grounds looked bad. Looked as if it hasn’t been mowed or landscaped this year. The pictures online need to be updated. Walls aren’t even same color as online. Wall is peeling in dining area under a window. There is grease on outside of cabinets above stove. Behind bathroom doors needed Sept as well as baseboards. Mattress in master bedroom was very nice. The second bedroom mattress was not. There was a memory foam in closet that made it much better. Location is convenient for attractions in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We have stayed at Golf Vista before and we’re very pleased. We weren’t as impressed this time. On a note… someone was working on landscaping as we were leaving.

Our 2025 vacation

Condo was great and just as described. Very clean and very large space. Bed in master was very comfortable. Only suggestion i would have is it needs screen doors on balcony sliders. There was a great breeze but couldnt leave doors open because of bees and gnats. Ceiling fan in master very noisy and probably needs to be replaced soon. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything

This location is close enough to the action, but far enough away that you can relax. This is an older property that was as advertised. We had a minor issue that was handled quickly by the host. Great value and a great location. We would stay here again.

Perfect little get away

Property was very clean and well taken care of. It worked out perfectly for my wife, son, son’s girlfriend and I. Was convenient to town, entertainment, and restaurant. Even though we did not do any cooking the kitchen seemed to be well stocked and appliances were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
