We booked 7 nights. After 3 nights, there was significant rainfall which presented a leak in the bedroom above the bed. We immediately secured a hotel and moved because additional rain was on it's way. Upon contacting the host, we were offered another cabin, but since we had already re-located, we declined. The host initiated a partial refund through VRBO. It was a bit low, but after exchanging on this topic, the host initiated the additional refund. This property has potential with a little attention to detail. Let me call out a few items which I've also attached pictures: (1) When you pull up to the property it says Est. 2019. Upon entering the property, the first thing you see is the "Welcome to our cabin" brochure. The brochure looks like it's from 2019. This should be new at the beginning of each season. (2) The listing refers to luxury soap. The picture is of a bottle nearly empty that says "Luxury" while I've also given perspective of the soap bars. (3) There was no effort to clean off the deck. (4) The screen was ripped in 2 places, not allowing the door to be open. (5) The sliding glass door does not lock The latch on the door frame needs to be adjusted. We just blocked the door with chairs. (6) Not sure why a broken Xfinity report was available. Lastly, let me restate again, this property has potential with a little attention to detail.
