「リガでナンバーワンのエレガントなホテル。」

「There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water. However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly? I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days. I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.」

「A very pleasant way to see Riga. Comfortable, clean and in the centre of town. Only problem was that we booked it for the pool and the pool doesn't come with the room although it says there is an indoor pool for the guests to enjoy. All the rest was great.」

「We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it. 「旧市街にも近く、ホテルを出てすぐに空港行きのバス停があるので、スーツケースがあっても移動に全く苦になりませんでした。多少古さは感じますが、部屋は清潔で広さも充分でした。フロントも親切でチェックアウト後も鍵付きのロッカールームで荷物を預かってくれました。朝食も大変美味しかったです。ラトビアに行く機会がまたあれば、また利用したいと思います。」

「All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them.
