"The room was always cleaned, desk staff always there in case needed, price was good for a clean and what felt like a safe place. Standard continental breakfast was ok too. If you are a smoker, there is only 1 area you can do so or you need to go across the street. Neither good or bad but needs to be considered as a single / solo lady may not want to be too far from her room. Just food for thought."

"I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking was convenient. Overall, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The best part was the wonderful staff. Both when we arrived and in the morning. We had some questions on our travel plans, and they were very helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations. The room was fine, and I was told some of the rooms had not been renovated at that time. As we had our dog with us, we stayed in a pet friendly room. The breakfast was good with waffles and orange juice. They had other options including cereal."

"Stayed with family (young grandchild). Bed was comfy, room was somewhat clean. Check in showed the toilet seat down and full of TP?? Had to flush, not sure about that. . Desk staff was cold and not very friendly. The breakfast was good, and pool as well. Not impressed by the cleaning crew vacuuming the hallways at 7:30 at night, banging the vacuum against the room door. Overall our go to stay in Lethbridge, but notice a few things declining lately…"

"we stayed here after a long trip in the USA , We needed time to re juvinate. Property was nice, quiet, hot pool was nice. Swimming pool was a little cool for my liking but over all everything was good. I would stay there again for sure."
