"We had a great stay at this house. Enough room for everyone and the amenities were as described. It was a bit of a walk along a road to get to the main section of town but close enough to be reasonably convenient. The parking spot was very helpful. We visited in mid November and many of the businesses were closed for the season. "

"We had a wonderful honeymoon in Montepulciano. Royce was very attentive and responsive host.A very cozy stay in a castle-like atmosphere. We cooked in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the evenings relaxing and watching TV and were able to pull up Netflix to watch whatever we wanted. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept very well. We rented a car and took day trips around the area to vinyards and other towns.We enjoyed our stay, but didn't take into account beforehand the many, many stairs from the parking lot up to the apartment. It's quite a climb. And don't miss the information about the stairs in the apartment. The bedrooms are both on different levels from the bathrooms. I would also mention that there are no views to the outside landscape, since all the windows face walls of other buildings. However, the terrace a few steps down the lane has an exquisite view of the whole area."
