「Such a gorgeous location overlooking the country. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us when our vehicle got stuck. The breakfast was superb as was all the dining. It's a great location to take day trips and to see the countryside. Not too far from shopping and other restaurants. This was an overall favorite of our trip to Italy. 」

「The Collelungo is several sized apartments in one farm house . The room we had was clean and well maintained. The pool area was nice but small but I was ok with this as we were the only people at the pool. Castellina in Chianti is about a 10 minute drive but a must see little town. 「This is the only hotel I have decided to review based on 3 weeks of family trip. Outstanding attention to detail and extremely customer centric staff. Rooms are very well equipped and clean (toothbrush,toothpaste and all). The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset (I myself Italian and I’m used to great views, and this was one of the best). Breakfast was amazing with lots of options.
