Spacious, stylish room which was immaculately clean and with large, thick towels. The windows take light from the atrium and so there’s no natural light in the room which makes it a bit dark and means there’s no view, but if the room is just a base and you’ll be out all day, it’s an ideal location.
Minor point, but as a country with fantastic coffee, sachets of instant Nescafé in the room were a disappointment!
Despite it being very busy outside, the hotel is very peaceful, it also has a great spa which is competitively priced.
Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. They will also offer advice and guidance around the best way to get around the city and/or help you arrange a Grab or tuk tuk.

Great location: close to Khao San Rd and Rambuttri where there’s a lot of eating options and bars. There’s also a Taxi Boat dock close.
They have a lovely garden/pool area on the river with a free buffet breakfast.
Staff: staff very friendly and act quickly with any requests.
I first started staying here about 12 yrs ago and my second-last stay was 7 yrs ago and this time I noticed it’s starting to look a bit rundown, she could do with a refresh and some maintenance.
I like this hotel because it’s more “old-school” than the shiny new hotels popping up.
I highly recommend this hotel.
