家族旅行で利用しました。子どもプールにあるウォータースライダーやゲームルームなどの施設に子どもたちは大喜びでした。ビーチもゆっくり時が流れる雰囲気が良かったです。施設全体が洗練された雰囲気で、部屋は清潔感があり収納も多く荷物の整理に役立ちました。旧正月中という事で沢山の観光客がおり、朝食は少し慌ただしかったのが残念でした。

気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

概ねインターコンチネンタルらしさで溢れていますが、あくまでも箱物として。日本人の感覚と相違はあるかもしれませんが、ダナンでは笑顔が溢れていましたので残念です。ホテル周辺の設備が整ってくれば便利に使えると思いますが、それまでの期間をカバー出来る簡易なショップがあれば良いと感じました。シアタールームへの動線も難しく感じました。隣の施設がゴーストタウンでその先のビーチ沿いは小屋が立っており賑やかな音楽を鳴らしている現地住民の住居のような物も、荒廃的な雰囲気で近寄り難い所でしたので、夜に出かけるのを控えました。

フーコック常宿に相応しい。

テト中滞在だったこともありスタッフ不足か、朝食や夕食時にやや回ってない感はあったもののさほど気にならない程度で常に最上のもてなしを受けられた。ホテル内が充実している為、どこにも出かけず全滞在期間をエリア内で過ごすことができた。キッズ向けプールは大人も結構楽しめるし、混み具合もちょうど良い具合。次回フーコックいく時もここに泊まると思う。

とても快適！

チェックインからチェックアウトまでとても快適に過ごせました。 12:30でも問題なくチェックインできました。入室直後にお風呂場が雨漏り？しましたが、迅速に修理にしてきてくれたので、すぐ解決しました。翌朝のヨガを予約したかったのですが、夕食後に予約しに行ったので、遅すぎて予約できなかったのが唯一の残念な点でした。まだ周りにレストランやコンビニ等がないので、基本的にホテル内のレストランや小売店を利用することになります。またフーコックに行く事があったらぜひ利用したいです。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。施設の新しさはもちろん、スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切でした。特にバトラーのニーさんにはお世話になりました。私たちの思い出作りのためにスタッフがいろいろとしてくださっていることを感じました。クラブラウンジは快適で毎日アフタヌーンティーとカクテルタイムを楽しみました。海もプールも人がまだ少なかったので、ゆったりと楽しむことができました。素敵な記念日を過ごすことができました。きっとまた行きます。

空港から遠いツアーに送迎に一人5ドル必要外のレストランに遠いホテル内ですべて過ごすならよいかも

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

宿泊初日にエアコンの不良で雑音が起きていましたが、直ぐに対応して頂きました。また、現地のツアーに申し込んでいましたが、集合時間にピックアップされなかった際に交渉に立って頂き参加する事も出来ました。スタッフの皆さんも必ず挨拶されて過ごし易い時間を過ごす事が出来ました。日本語が出来るスタッフの方もひとり居られ不住することはありませんでした。難点を言えば、ダウンタウンからは少し遠いだけです。
