ひとり旅で2泊利用しました。ホテルスタッフの方はいつも「何かできることありますか？」と聞いてきてくれます。のんびりするのに最適でした。また泊まりたいです。

施設も去ることながら、ホスピタリティが非常に素晴らしかったです！どの方も親切な印象でしたし、英語も通じやすかったですし、日本語を話すスタッフ（非常に流暢、聞けば日本への留学＆就業経験がある）の方もいらっしゃいました。感動したのが、白くて澄んだビーチです。流木一本落ちていない非常に綺麗なコンディションでした。前後して近隣のホテルにも滞在していたのですが、そちらのビーチは綺麗なものの結構貝や流木が落ちていたのに対して、フージョンリゾートは本当に綺麗！！！比較できたことで、この美しい海辺が、手入れされているものと気づくことができました。行き届いたサービスに感銘を受けました。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

2部屋借りたのですが、チェックイン時間で1つしか開いてないと言われた。確かにその部屋からは賑やかな話声がしていたので、レイトチェックアウトを受けちゃったんでしょうね。少し待ってと言われたが、約束の時間にも鍵を持ってこない。催促してやっと持ってきても間違えていたようで開かない。ただ鍵が無いだけなのに保守エンジニアがやってきて右往左往。出かけたいのに一時間ロス！そんな状況でも、ご自慢のフュージョニストとやらは顔も見せない・・・往復のプライベート送迎を頼んでホテルに向かう時は写真どおりの立派な車だったが、帰りはメータータクシーが待っていた。もちろんタクシー代は取られなかったけど、帰りの分は返金して欲しいものです。飛行機の時間もあったので、クレームはいいませんでしたけど・・・どうせまた時間かかるし。まぁ東南アジアリゾートでは、こんなもんでしょうか・・・ただ、ホテルの雰囲気と部屋、ビーチは最高です！スタッフ教育さえしっかりしてもらえば最高のホテルになると思います。

全体的にとても満足しています。特にロストバゲージの対応はとてもよかったし嬉しかったです。ただ、いくつか気になるところがありました。 Villaのソファーがシミだらけで落書きもあり残念でした。ナイトマーケット行きのバスにシートベルトの無い席がありました。 spaの中にシャワールームがあり、アンダーウェアとタオルとバスローブが用意されていることが事前の説明ではわからなかったし、spaに行っても案内されませんでした。

気遣いが素晴らしいです。ルームサービスが少し遅れた際、翌日にはドリンク一杯をサービスしてくれました。チャットでなんでも気軽に依頼できるので、villaにいない時でも掃除やスパの予約をできるのは良かった。 Wi-Fi環境も完璧。

ベトナムで味わう非日常

スタッフは親切で優しく快適に過ごせました。お部屋も広くプールも綺麗に管理されていて非日常を十分に味あわせていただきました！ただ今回乾季で気候も最高だったにもかかわらず数匹の招かれざるお客様(虫)がいて少し驚きました。あとトイレの配管が細いのかすぐ詰まるので注意が必要！

とても素晴らしい空間でした。スタッフも皆親切でした。スパは予約が取れない事が多々あったので、出来るだけ早めに予約をした方が良いと思います。滞在中はWebchatにてやり取りできるのですが、すぐに返事が来る時と来ない時があり、時間が経った場合登録した自分のメールアドレスに返事がくるので、常に携帯電話を意識してしまってちょっと残念でした。（非現実を味わいたかった）簡単な食べ物や飲み物を買う場所はないので、お菓子や飲み物は用意した方が快適に過ごせます。食事はホテル内かタクシーで外に出る感じです。毎日ナイトマーケットまでの往復バスが出ていますが、有料です。滞在は2時間くらいできます。ショッピング、ご当地グルメとは無縁になりますがスパとゆったりとした時間を過ごしたい人には最高の場所です。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

リゾート内でゆっくりできる、素晴らしいホテル。

リゾート内でゆっくりできる、素晴らしいホテル。（良かった点）評判通り、素晴らしい夕陽を楽しめた。朝食はベトナム料理も含めチョイスが多く、美味しかった。静かでくつろげた。SPAは技術も高くリラックスできた。（残念な点）周囲に散策や食事できる所がなく、「ベトナム」は楽しめなかった。中心施設から離れた部屋だったので移動に時間がかかるのが残念。夕刻はSPAの予約が取りにくく朝や昼間のSPAとなり、時間に追われた。
