the area around the property feels very unsafe. Heard gun shots through the night and there were a lot of homeless and transient people in the parking lot and surrounding area. Staff was kind and helpful as much as they could’ve but the hotel itself feels very run down and unclean.

Sink leaking , shower leaking. Asked for an extension so I didn’t have to switch hotels and the clerk at the desk reserved the wrong day! Worst service for a less than mediocre stay.
