★ Rental Agreement ★



All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement governing the terms of the stay. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:



• You agree to follow all rental terms and house rules

• A valid government-issued ID and matching payment method may be required prior to check-in

• A background check may be requested if required by the property or building management

• Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed



We strive to provide a respectful and peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors. Repeated violations of house or community rules may result in removal from the property, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the guest.



★ Damage Waiver / Security Deposit ★



Prior to check-in, guests will choose one of the following options:



✔ $35 non-refundable damage waiver

OR

✔ $350 refundable security deposit hold



(The security deposit is a temporary hold, not a charge, and is released after checkout provided no damage or policy violations occur.)



We understand accidents happen — this process simply helps protect both guests and the property.



★ Pet Policy ★



Pets may be allowed depending on breed, size, and building restrictions. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws.



To avoid cancellation, please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.



Pet Fees & Rules:



✔ Pet Fee: $20 per night, per pet

✔ Maximum of 2 pets allowed

✔ Dogs and cats only

✔ Combined pet weight limit: 80 lbs



Restricted Breeds:



Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard (including mixed breeds).



Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty fee.



★ Safety & Security ★



✔ Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the unit to help maintain quiet hours and community standards. These devices only measure noise levels in decibels and do NOT record conversations or audio. Tampering with the device may result in additional fees.



✔ Security cameras are installed in common areas and hallways for guest and property safety.
