Nice area, condo needs TLC

This was a great area, condo is right by the pool. Close to many restaurants! My only suggestion is that it could really need an update. Furnishings are outdated & showing wear. Bathroom/shower faucets need some attention. Overall a good stay!

Winter get away

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Quiet neighborhood close to hiking, pickleball, golf and some restaurants. The condo location is great you are right by the pool and exercise room. Evan was quick to get the refrigerator fixed. Kitchen supplies are a little sparse, the second shower at times would not turn so the water was scalding. Beds okay but the frame made a lot of noise and was cracked.

South Mountain Condo

It was an average condo. Nice balcony overlooking the pool great bed. Kitchen was ok but if we needed anything Evan saw that we got it. He was very attentive to our needs. The complex was nicely kept and quiet.
