Great location, efficient space

The Tempe location is very convenient, close to transportation centers, and walking distance to lots of restaurants. The condo is efficient, well stocked and very comfortable.

Great spot!

I loved this spot, I’m sad to leave! I was working from home here for a month and it was a perfect place to do so. I’m a young guy so it was great having a lot of good restaurants and bars close by, yet it was still quiet by the apartment. They are working on a new apartment next door and that was the only thing that could get loud but i was awake working anyways so it didn’t matter. That new apartment should be finished pretty soon. The place is even nicer in person too, I was pleasantly surprised! Awesome spot, definitely recommend!

Location, location, location, plus...

If you're looking for a resort getaway, this ain't your spot. But, if you're looking for a central location, a reasonable price, and a condo that provides EVERYTHING and lots of it, this IS your place. There's a small pool that NOBODY uses ( at least in February), but part of the problem is there are no lounge chairs, so if you're looking to grab some rays, you're SOL. Towels, linens and bed are 100%, and love the dual electric sofa recliner.

Clean and Comfortable

My husband stayed here for a month while working away from home. Great proximity to the airport. Well furnished, loved the washer and dryer in unit. Close to ASU campus so expect college kids to be around.

Great stay for a reasonable price

Nice place for one or two people, with all necessary facilities. The inly one thing you could not like is the neighborhood, but I still felt safe.

The property was fine but the area was not what we were looking for. It was centrally located in the university area and very busy. Just another big city with good weather.

Great condo with easy access to ASU

Todd's condo is clean, updated and well equipped. Perfect for cooking and eating-in for my month long stay for work. Comfortable bedding and living room furniture made the condo a solid space to relax, right in the middle ASU's buzz. I definitely hope to be back.

Comfortable accommodation

Having never been to the area before this was a great location. We walked to restaurants, grocery store and library. Unfortunately the hot tub was not open for our use and the pool water was quite cold for March. Our host was quite accommodating.
