Relax in Tempe overlooking a lake. 2 bedroom condo. The space features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and essential amenities like, washer/dryer, AC, heat and WiFi.

Stay for a week or longer, we'll cover the clubhouse fee! ($50 value)


Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, glassware, toaster, coffee maker.

There is a dining table with four chairs just outside the galley kitchen.

Each Bathrooms has a shower. We offer complimentary soap, shampoo an moisturizer.

There are two bedrooms, each with a tuft & needle queen size bed.

Master bedroom is upstairs, attached to bathroom

Downstairs bedroom has a tuft and needle queen size bed

It is possible to divided downstairs bedroom from kitchen and living room by closing pocket door in the kitchen and barn door in the living room. This can provide some privacy to downstairs bedroom/bathroom

Living room has a smart TV mounted over the fireplace. As well as a chair and desk for work.
