This cozy patio home in Sunrise Villas offers many of the highlights of Scottsdale at your door step. Newly renovated, sleeps 5 with a sleeper sofa. Outdoor eating area, 4 pools & hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts. Close to Chaparral Lake, spring training, Old Town, casinos, golf, Camelback Mtn, bike & running paths, shopping and restaurants. EV charging in garage available. The 4 pools are not heated from mid May to November as well as 2 of the 4 spas. All pool areas are within a 10 minute walk of each other. Scottsdale City Lic: 2033028

Winter get away

Great home near old town scottsdale

Lovely townhouse in quiet neighborhood. Great location, 1 block from bike path, near restaurants and old town. Pools, hot tubs, tennis courts in the complex. Well supplied kitchen. Very clean. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond to messages.

One of Our Fave VRBO Stays Ever!

My husband, adult daughter, and I stayed at this lovely Scottsdale home for a long weekend. It was perfect for us! We found the home to be even more lovely than the photos. The layout was awesome. For a two bedroom everyone felt like they had their own space. The home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed from the bathrooms, to laundry, to kitchen supplies. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the amenities too. A dip in the hot tub was the perfect end to our hiking days.We found the location to be great as well. Just a short drive into Old Town and very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Owners were very responsive each time we got in touch. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Scottsdale!
