Great Location in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale!

Third Avenue Lofts was Scottsdale's first loft building and still remains one of the best buildings in Downtown Scottsdale. Lofts in this 88 unit mid-rise community range from 624 square feet to over 3,000 square feet with some of the larger residences having expansive outdoor balcony areas with gorgeous city views.. Gather with your friends in the central courtyard of this U-shaped building, where there is a pool, spa and outdoor fireplace surrounded by comfy seating areas. The community also features a secured entrance and fitness center.

The Third Avenue Lofts is located off of Third Avenue, north of Indian School. Residents are in the center of the action, with a short walk to the Old Town and Arts Districts, as well as close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Spring Training, the Civic Center concourse and Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts are also within walking distance. The property is awesome.
