Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!
Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.
The Neighborhood: We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!
Getting Around: Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!
Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

I would not recommend this rooms to anyone. The combination of cigarette smell and broken bathroom, made my stay unpleasant. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of their rooms.

Very nice and safe gated community.
No elevator. Was on the third floor, kinda rough hiking the stairs multiple times when bringing in your bags.

Apartment was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The only negative review is that there was a smell that seemed like cigarette smoke that someone tried to clean.

Property location was outstanding. Easy to find and access. Over all a cute place to stay. No elevators on this building which was a little difficult with suitcases for a week for 3 guests. I don't recall reading about that in the descriptions. The furniture was not cozy for 3 guests. Chairs are stiff and couch doesn't fit 3 and is not comfortable. We were not able to cook like we wanted to because although we told them there was 3 guests they only had 2 bowls, 2 forks, 4 coffee cups, 3 drinking glasses etc. I had to go buy plastic forks and paper plates. The biggest complaint was the bathroom sink water smelled like sewer water and we couldn't even use it. We had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the kitchen.

The unit was very clean. We were in AZ to see some of the Cactus League spring training games so the location was excellent.
The owner should look into replacing the bed or improving the bed frame. We kept rolling towards the middle of the bed.

This place has the potential to be a 5* place but 3.5 is all it gets. It's just the little things.....
- advertising as a heated pool but it’s obvious that means only the weekend. We went there twice this week and today it was brutal. Even the hot tub was not remotely warm.
- we put the garbage out on the patio in the available garbage can as instructed and it’s still there after two days. And no more big white garbage bags. Thankfully I saved the grocery bags.
- two forks. That doesn’t go far. Yes two forks. And hardly any dish soap
- no small spoons
- no dish drying towels
- the ice machine in the fridge quit this morning. Red light on filter needs attention.
- not even salt and pepper shaker.
- overall cleanliness was not great especially the bathroom.
- the dryer has not been cleaned of lint and most of it was flying around the front door and all over the mat.
-the living room rug is almost worn through!
- 1/3 of a roll of crappy toilet paper doesn’t go far enough.
- big hole in the screen on the living room window. I suspect a dog trying to get through if the window was left open?
All little things that could be easily addressed and then this place would be so much better.

Overall its a good property in a great location that's a reasonable walk to Westgate and State Farm stadium. Apartment was clean and nice for a 1-2 person stay. There was a little confusion on arrival as the battery for the electronic lock had been removed. But the property manager responded to my call and sent a maintenance person over quickly and we discovered it was on top of the fridge! Other than that everything was smooth sailing.

This property was fantastic! The unit was clean, decor was modern, and the layout was great. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, being cozy in the living room with an easy to use TV that had access to Netflix, Prime, Apple, etc., and swimming at the pool. The complex was very quiet and felt super safe. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to nearby attractions and a three minute drive to State Farm Stadium. I would highly recommend this property. The one bedroom condo was perfect for me. The check-in process was seamless with good communication from the rental management. The rental management was responsive to questions I had via text or email. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, and even coffee with sugar spend creamers. I recommend this property.

We had to find a last minute stay and are thankful this was available. Overall clean and a great location walking distance to many places. Host was very attentative.
