The studio has a private entrance via the courtyard. It is attached to the main house only through a weather-sealed and soundproofed door with a deadbolted exterior lock, providing total privacy.

A 1/2 block walk to the Encanto/Central Ave. light rail station for easy access from the airport. The perfect location for parents to visit students at Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University. Located on a quiet, pretty, palm-tree-lined street with Tudors, Bungalows, and Spanish Colonials. The studio is located at our personal residence.
