Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy

Ants! After discovering ants in the kitchen area and later near the living room carpeting and the bathroom, I decided to leave early rather than worry about reactions to fumigation. The host determined that there weren't enough ants to constitute an infestation (is there a number?) and declined to offer any sort of refund. Vrbo intervened on my behalf and the host misrepresented the facts and held firm. I would not advise using this host or their other properties.
