Perfect for us!

The Casita was a perfect stay for the two of us during spring training. Very well maintained, clean and welcoming. We used Uber to get around. Proximity to parks, restaurants, etc. was good we mostly went to American Family Fields (Brewers). Host support and communication was excellent! We would stay again!

Cozy Cottage

If you’re in town for a long weekend and you’ll be spending most of your time out and about, this cottage is perfect. Small but very functional and clean. Bed was comfortable and there’s good water pressure. Fairly centrally located. Easy drive to the airport. 5-stars!

Nice place to stay

Our family stayed at the casita when moving my daughter into college. It was a well appointed space and met all the needs we had. The property managers were responsive and the check in process was simple. My only suggestion might be for a more comfortable bed, although I know beds can be subjective.

Perfect Casita

We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything.

Great Time In Phoenix

The property was just as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe at the location. The owners communicated throughout my stay to check if everything was going well. I would definitely stay at this location again and if I am traveling on the West Coast again I’d also look up their other properties. Having a comfortable home base for a week while in Phoenix made my trip so enjoyable. Thanks again to the owners for opening your space.

Wonderful stay and terrific location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in Phoenix. The location is super. If you would like to use public transportation the rail station is very close by. The unit is exactly as described. We normally don’t cook while on vacation, but it looked like kitchen is stocked whatever you need to prepare a meal. Checking in was so easy. I love having a keypad. It’s so much easier than keyed doors. Also highly recommend Joe’s Diner for breakfast ( within walking distance) Highly recommend.

Very clean, peaceful sanctuary after busy days filled with baseball and music.

Everything about the property was great! It was very clean and well furnished. Perfect central location for spring training baseball and visiting family in Tempe. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

Great stay in Phoenix

A wonderful place for an extended stay. Location is close to everything (Spring training, parks, restaurants, the train) and extremely easy to get to. House was exactly as pictured and described online and owners were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Phoenix.

Neat and attractive place close to great diner and coffee shop. The main house has exclusive use of the pool and has backyard so disappointing and can be noisy. Brooke is very pleasant.

Great rental!

I really enjoyed this rental, as it was my first time in Arizona, it was very central to many places and if they weren’t nearby there was public transit to get you around. The casita was very aesthetically pleasing as well however when renting the casita you should know more likely than not there will be someone renting the main house which gets access to the backyard and pool. Just expect to be friendly!
