This is a very clean and well designed condo. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the management staff was very prompt and thorough. The location is excellent as well. We would stay here again. I highly recommend this condo.

Stayed between the sold house closing and the new purchase closing.

The property was perfectly suited to our needs. The garage was a plus, but parking otherwise was a nightmare. The property is dated but clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if the need arises.

Enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday. Kitchen was well equipped! Beds were comfortable and clean, as was the unit. Very close to golf if you’re looking for that- you could walk to the waste management open!

TPC Scottsdale

Great location if you are going to the Waste Mgmt tournament as the entrance is next door. You have to walk a Lille way away to get an uber/lyft as streets are locked down. They did give us a parking pass to allow the drivers to drop us off at the property.

Buddies Golf Trip to Scottsdale

Excellent location and set up for a golfing trip. Having a garage allowed us to keep the clubs in the car over-night. The garage has extra space to store golf travel bags. Easy in and out and tons of restaurants within a few miles of the condo. An added bonus was their team that set up all our tee times. Very professional and excellent service. We played 5 courses and stayed 4 nights. It was perfect.

Long Weekend in Phoenix

I was looking for a two bedroom two bath condo north of Scottsdale and near the Rte 101 loop. This property was exactly what I was looking for and was excellent in every respect. The e-check in and check out was flawless as well. The property was reasonably priced, very clean and well furnished and has everything you need for your visit. Highly recommend.

Cockroach infestation

The property was really nice and clean upon arrival. There was one small cockroach found in the master bedroom which was not overly concerning. However, over the course of the 5 day stay, they increased in number and were just disturbing. Too bad, because otherwise really nice place to stay.

Great place to stay

I’ve been meaning to write this review since my first stay back in July and that references this review. I can’t complain one bit about Meridian. I had a simple question right before this stay and Kade was absolutely the most coolest laid back person. Anyways I will go ahead and put out why I put 4 stars as description. It’s actually nothing bad. These guys are obviously a company. They manage many units in this community, they can’t post every photo of every unit, so don’t be alarmed when you first walk in and it is not decorated as the photos. The description that I booked was two bed, two bath, two king rooms. Though those photos are not shown, I got exactly that. So don’t be “those people” and get mad at them because you didn’t read what you booked. They book off what you reserve. The place is immaculate we were at. My business partner are on the road every other week all over the US. They had everything we needed included iron and board. The pool area is awesome, we used it almost every afternoon for a “daily recap meetings”. Location is great. The gym there is decent for the average person just needing a workout. But we actually went to a gym that was a half mile away that gives day passes, so no worries there. Anyways, we just booked our next trip in two weeks and booked the same place. I didn’t bring my clubs last time but am bringing this time to play at TPC at some point doing my trip. I frequent this are 4-6 times a year for work and will ALWAYS look to book here.
