Beautiful 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Full kitchen, lots of storage, full size fridge and dishwasher. Private, covered parking. Also, offering full size in-unit washer/dryer, queen bed, large walk-in closet, and covered patio. Community offers pool/spa, fitness center, and sports courts. Non-aggressive pet allowed. Next to miles of walking/biking trails. Across the street from Banner Thunderbird Hospital, near restaurants, and supermarket, West Gate, Arrowhead Town Center, 20 min from Airport, Downtown Phoenix, and Scottsdale.

An island in the sun.

The condo community is densely populated, lots of cars, but quiet. Heard no 'people' noise, but with the patio door open, when the hospital helicopters were flying, kinda noisy. The condo itself had most everything that you need, and my only concern is that for longer stays (I was there 5 weeks), they really do need a vacuum. HUGE living room TV, and newer appliances. FYI, the bed mattress is VERY soft. Good access to some biking trails, and short drives to good hiking trails.
