As many reviews have stated, this property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The renovated parts and the lazy river area were great, our unrenovated room and the complex we were in were not. Definitely not worth the cost if you are in the old parts of the resort.

Room was clean and spacoius. The staff were nice but could have been a bit more informative for a new customer. Drinks were good. The Coyote Cafe was great. Liz was the best waiter! Hotel Valley Ho
This hotel is top notch, a hidden gem. The property is one of the best maintained that I've stayed at. And Alex at the pool, is outstanding. He is kind, funny and his energy is hard to match. There is so much to do within one mile - shopping, food, drinks! Can't wait to visit again!
