First time booking here, pretty easy to get checked in and checked out. Room was clean with no issues whatsoever. Pretty conveniently located right next to the ramp for I-17. Would definitely book here again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, grouting in bathtub needs some attention. Outdoor patio had more piles of bird poop than I could count. Very disgusting, and unsanitized. A tremendous amount of homeless people in and around hotel property .

None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago.
