Nice resort, a little out of the main bar/restaurant area. That said, nice and relaxed. Seemed to be a low number of staff during our visit with poor bar service and reception attendance.

Mooie locatie, aan het strand met zwembad. Helaas zijn er te veel stenen om te kunnen zwemmen in zee. Medewerkers vriendelijk maar kunnen nog wel een dienstverlenings training gebruiken. Behalve Mai die in de bediening werkt bij het ontbijt, zij snapt!

Отель нормальный, но номер мне не понравился.

Отель неплохой, в хорошем месте, мало отдыхающих. Но мне не понравился номер. Он был абсолютно не в моем вкусе и , главное, в номере был сильный запах старого здания. Когда вынесли диван, основной источник запаха, то стало лучше, но в принципе этот запах оставался в номере всю неделю. Постельное белье сильно пахло стиральным порошком- для отеля четверки это бред. Кровать в номере стояла не горизонтально, подушка была низкой. Следы ржавчины на железных предметах портили настроение. Неужели нельзя закрасить? Вероятно высокие оценки отелю ставят проживающие в виллах, но если вы будете жить в большом корпусе, то можете легко испортить себе настроение.

Magnifique hôtel au bord de plage

Magnifique hôtel avec des jardins de rêve. Tranquille, car un peu en retrait de toute la zone touristique de Mui Ne, avec un super confort. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et accueillant, ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous des notre arrivée. Les chambres sont parfaites et chaque petit complexe de chambres à sa propre piscine avec vue sur les jardins et la mer. Nous avons eu la chance d'y passer le soir de la veille de Noel et nous en gardons un magnifique souvenir. À ne pas manquer!

잘 관리된숙소 친절함, 그외에는 모두 추천할수 없는곳

첫 날 체크인시 예약했던 풀빌라 보다 한단계 아래등급으로 배정받음. 첫 담당자는 오버부킹이라고 하였고 다음에 온 매니저는 화장실이 고장났다고 함.(무엇이 맞는지는 알수 없음) 방의 차액과 4만원 정도의 마사지 쿠폰을 받음. 새로 배정받은 방은 좋았고 잘관리되었고 깔끔했음. 레스토랑음식은 절대 비추천. 조식은 무료이니 이해가능. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절함. 여자 매니저분이 매우 친절함. 전체적으로 무언가 체계가 잡혀있지 않음 무엇이되었든 몇번 확인해야 실수가없어보임. 위치가 좋지 않아 음식 먹으러 갈때 왕복 7,000~10,000 정도 나옴
