Så obekväma sängar att vi blev tvungna att avbryta vår vistelse och bo på annat hotell. rygg och höfter slutade göra ont efter 2 dar. personalen pratade mycket begränsat med engelska, handdukar saknades men vi fick till slut 2 trådslitna väldigt små handdukar efter väntan, gestikulerande och google translate. de funkade inte alls å ha på stranden men lika bra för stranden här var jättesmutsig.

Average stay, don't expect much, ants in room

I arrived late from Saigon as I took a sleeper bus and no one was at the reception desk with the gates to the guesthouse closed. Apparently my booking was missed out by them and I had to cross the street to ask someone to help me call the guesthouse. It took them some time to find my booking and don't expect much from the room given the price you pay. You will be co-staying with ants and bring your own toiletries as soap is not provided. The Mui Ne tour was also average but cheap. Location is near the Fairy Stream.

Very beautiful

I love my stay at Diem Lien guesthouse! The decorations are beautiful! I love the trees and swings right outside my place. The place was clean and cool (not too hot) enough for my visit. The owners even invited me to their late dinner and it was quite fun conversing with them. They make sure you feel comfortable during your late. It's a bit far from the night lifte, but it's worth it. It's not too far of a walk. Overall, I will come again!

Tolle Unterkunft mit liebenswertem Personal

Die Unterkunft ist rundum perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und traumhaft. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die lieben und hilfsbereiten Inhaberinnen. Im Garten gibt es ein Kiosk, wo man sich jederzeit Getränke, Snacks und Obst holen kann. Wenn man Frühstück, Kaffee oder auch warmes Essen möchte, muss nur fragen und bekommt direkt alles auf die Terrasse gebracht. Sehr lecker, große Portionen und wirklich günstig. (Jedes Frühstück 20.000, warme Gerichte 50.000, Kaffee 15.000, usw.). Ohne Probleme kann man Touren/Bustransfer buchen lassen und bekommt noch wertvolle Tipps mit dazu.

Brilliant place to stay

Amazing place. Really loved it. The family were really welcoming. They give you great tips on things to do. Free bicycle hire to explore the town and the beach. Only a 20 minute walk to the central old town. The room is amazing. Huge bed. Clean. Brilliant bathroom with enormous shower and hot water. Breakfast is really nice and served by the grandma of the family. She is awesome. Really nice breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

因为是家庭旅店，所以你只能问两位语言表达一般的，服务态度一般的旅店服务人员，总体居住环境还算干净，到遇到了蟑螂。旅店的地理位置还算不错，到门面比较小。对于这个价格也还算经济实惠吧

Nice garden and owners

Very nice family owned hotel. Hotel area has very nice garden with hammocks. Owners and personal very kind and nice. Toilet is old and has smelled badly, need renovations. Breakfast options not to much but Very reasonable prices. This side of Mui ne beach is very dirty. Won't recommend. But if you want cheap place to stay for couple days it is ok to stay in this hotel.

Agréable petit hotel!

Nous sommes restés 3 nuit à Diem Lien et notre séjour fut agréable. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin par bus nous avons pu attendre notre chambre sur un hamac dans le petit jardin intérieur.. loin des bruits de la route.... et nous avons pu déjeuner sur place... ce fut génial...!!! Ľetablissement est tenu par une famille gentille et acueillante toujours prête à nous aider. Le déjeuner est excellent mais non compris dans le prix de la chambre. Plusieurs activités à proximité. Pas d accès direct à la plage mais en passant par le gros hotel juste en face.. parfait...excellent service de laundry.

На первый взгляд комнаты достаточно аскетичны. Плюсы - горячая вода, быстрый wifi и уборка. Минусы (чему мы были неприятно удивлены) - ближе к 12 ворота гестхауса закрывают на замок! Однажды пришлось будить всю вьетнамскую семью, чтобы они открыли ворота

Really nice garden, $1 breakfast, friendly staff, the place is really quiet, you can't hear the cars from the road. Rooms are kept clean. You can walk to most places from here.

Friendly staff and beautiful garden

We stayed 4 nights at Diem Lien guest house. The staff was super friendly, rooms were nice, garden was beautiful. Laundry service worked well and breakfast (not included) was tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, took less than 5 minutes to the beach (100m). However nearby restaurants weren't that good. Food was eatible but really nothing special. The area is full of Russian tourists so all the signs and menus are in Russian. We liked the food court (~1,5 km) where you could eat a variety of different dishes from all around the world. Thanks again to Diem Lien guest house for having us as guests.

服務親切，但房間超賣，送我免費早餐，早餐很豐富，在庭園享用早餐舒適自在，我住三晚，兩晚電視壞了不能看，服務員沒處理，只說sorry.但整體來說他還是蠻舒適的家庭型庭園hostel,有物超所值啦，但是沒給我電視看.....

Amazing staff and very clean and affordable.

I had a beautiful time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my time with them. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that it's far from a lot of the nightlife, but it's a short cab ride getting there. The staff booked me my tour and my bus to my next destination and both were affordable and perfect. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Huge room on isolated location

You will find nothing around this hotel. You can't even access to the beach through official road but through private resort's path. Whever you go out, you have to turn off the air-conditioner. I asked a lady there to get me spare key for the power in my room, but it rejected. But the lady at reception was kind.

Nice hotel, but far from everything

We had to wait a long time to the hot water to reach the shower, but besides that, the hotel is very nice. It's a bit far from almost everything, but if you're up for a walk, or renting a bike, you should be just fine.

I will stay there again

The location is nice, a few minutes away from Fairy Stream on foot, and with several restaurants within walking distance. It is accessible by public transport from Phan Thiet train station. And I recommend the tour they offer to the Red and the White Sand Dunes, a real bargain. The garden is nice to relax, and the room is comfortable.
