It was also not far from the Piazza de Michelangelo, which meant access to a fair number of excellent restaurants a little more off the beaten path. The staff were very welcoming and kind. We also appreciated the laundry services very much!"

"It was perfect. Great location. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent service from all staff members. Within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, shops, Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Lots of thanks to Frederico, Diego, Ida and Carolina. We had a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Tito and other nearby restaurants under 7mins walk from Ruby Bea. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Excellent English skills plus willing to assist like booking a cab, holding our packages and available to answer our questions. Thank you all for an awesome time."
