We were given a room (103) with a faulty toilet. They couldn’t move us until the next day so we dealt with plunging and multiple extra brush attempts through the night and next morning. The staff was helpful, especially Ryan the maintenance man. We were advised we would be given a discount by multiple staff members. It wasn’t until the next day after we had checked out, that we found out that the inconvenience of plunging and having to move all of our stuff to another room was only worth a $50 refund. Feels cheap. The room was $200/night and I feel we should have been refunded at least 1/2 of one nights stay. When we visit the area again, we will not be staying there.
