The single en-suite room was very small, and a little tired-looking, but perfectly adequate for a one-night stopover. The chinese take-away a few doors down was convenient and very good. The full breakfast was amazing!

A great little b & b for a short stay in Peterborough. The room was small which I was expecting, with a small en-suite shower room. It was equipped with a microwave, crockery & cutlery, a kettle and a fridge. As it was on the front the road was quite noisy so bear this in mind if you are bothered by noise. It had a tv with free view and good wi-fi. A hearty full breakfast was served in the morning along with tea, toast and orange juice. The host was very welcoming, polite and friendly. It is an older building with some wear and tear but overall great value. I will stay again if I return to Peterborough.

The room is cosy and quiet, shared toilet is clean (also depending on how other guests behave, of course) and good breakfast. If you are looking for a homey stay and treat, this family-ran guest house will be recommended.
