"Well located. About a 12 min walk from cathedral. Modern room, excellent bathroom. Good breakfast delivered to room which had table/ chairs for purpose. Friendly helpful staff. Parking in front."
"Easy to find, plenty of areas to park. Room allocated was large and bright, no lifts so be prepared to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was patchy in areas especially restaurant where it was non-existent. Breakfast was lovely, evening meal was nothing special.
Clearer, up to date information would be useful both for hotel and spa."
"Hotel check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious but I did book a superior room. Lots of hotels and pubs always fail to provide hair conditioners, tissues and face washers. Only a handful do that.
Don’t understand how they don’t provide them when it’s such a small cost item.
Dinner was nice but had to wait a long time, obviously due to short staffed.
I definitely would stay there again."

"Room is comfortable but very hot. No AC available and hot days can be very difficult to sleep.
Positives: hotel breakfast improved from previous visits and staff are very happy to help.
Location is the strong strength, in the heart of Peterborough.
Car park is also a great advantage."
