Struttura sita a pochi km dagli importanti sciistici di Pescasseroli. La struttura è molto pulita tuttavia lo stato di manutenzione generale, sia degli esterni che delle camere, lascia un po’ a desiderare. Inoltre bagni e camere sono davvero piccoli e alquanto scomodi
