Unit Layout
Olivo is a charming 5-room house that spans over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), satellite TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player. The living room also provides access to the garden, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, equipped with a dining table for enjoying meals with family and friends. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also conveniently located on the ground floor. The upper floor features two bedrooms with sloping ceilings, both equipped with air conditioning. The first bedroom contains a French bed (160cm), while the second bedroom offers two single beds and an exit to the terrace. Another shower and WC are located on the upper floor.
