Situated in the heart of Perth, this stunning, spacious, bright, modern apartment contained in a listed building, is the perfect place to be. 2 mins walk from the Concert Hall and 14 from the Station, the location is ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the sites, attend a wedding, see a show or just explore.

Fully equipped and open plan, with a sitting/dining room including sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen and Downstairs WC with a King sized Bed, Shower Room and dressing area above.

Elegant and comfy

Wonderful stay, great location

Perfect location right in the middle of everything. Restaurants and bakeries nearby. The accommodations were bright clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again on our next trip.

great place to stay

Everything about this place and caretaker was top flight. I have stayed at many places in Europe and this place cannot be topped. Everything one would want (restaurants, groceries, drinks, goods, etc.) are just a block or two away. Very quiet building and the street, for being downtown, is quieter than most others. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time

Perfect for the weekend

We had a lovely stay this weekend. It’s very central. Everything you need is at the property, there’s even board games for the children at the property. It was a lovely property for the two nights we were in Perth.

Beautiful apartment in center of Perth!

Perth is a wonderful, small town in Scotland! My wife and I visited in June... on our way to my son's wedding in Pitlochery! It is a very pretty apartment right in the center of town! We loved it... the apartment was beautiful!!! We could walk to all points in town... the river and the museum's. Veery, very convenient! We would come back in a heart beat!

Beautiful sun-filled flat

The flat, as advertised, is very beautiful, full kitchen, and a great location in town center. The flat is across the street from an Italian shop with cheeses and meats, and Nextdoor to an excellent bakery. We very much enjoyed the flat.

Absolutely fantastic. Beautifully designed, amazing space, huge gorgeous windows, everything you could want in terms of amenities and lovely personal touches, and all situated in a great location on one of Perth’s best and coolest streets. We will be back!
