気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

I was expecting a BNB (although I have never stayed in one before). No air conditioning, No private TV, one in the lounge area (?), broken power cord not working, no chairs.
The house had; I think seven bedrooms all appeared to be occupied by either FIFO's or students. One bathroom between all. On the second day, the bathroom was unusable because it was being painted. There was a sign that was not there when I left in the morning, saying that guests could use the owners bathroom until 10pm. Unfortunately I didn't get back until after that time. The whole place was disgustingly dirty with no attention to cleanliness, with dirty dishes in the sink, unemptied rubbish bins and ashtrays, Outside there was a table and chairs and once again the conditions carried through. The backyard was neglected and like a sand-pit.
I was booked in for six nights, but only stayed for two. It was way, way below a normal persons standard and unfortunately the fine print said that I was not entitled to a rebate of fees. I feel that I should get a complete rebate of all fees; and your company should be a lot more aware of the premises that they are advertising.
The Health Dept should be notified and the establishment closed down.
