Clean and comfortable
Arrived 1 hour before check-in thinking we could have lunch before going to check out town. Everything in darkness, no-one around to welcome us. Looks like hotel has been taken over by the Indian/nepalese restaurant attached to it. Cant fault the decor, everything new in room. Unfortunately door to bathroom squeaks terribly, no hot water. Sensor on hand basin for water so very awkward to use. No plug near kettle. No wardrobe only 3 hangers on hooks onto wall above sofa. Bar closes between 9-10pm at night. No banter or chat from staff at all.

Gute Lage innerhalb von Perth. Sowohl Bahnhof als auch Innenstadt zu Fuss zu erreichen. Leider manchmal etwas laut da das Objekt direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt. Morrison Supermarkt nur drei Häuser weiter. Nettes Personal, jedoch selten an der Rezeption zu erreichen. Folglich muss man warten oder dem Personal hinterher telefonieren. Nicht sonderlich kundenfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend.

Room 17. Bathroom needs to be upgraded, shower space is extremely small. There was a constant loud noise in the bathroom wall behind the mirror, to which we found a section of wall behind this mirror to be missing. Pipes etc exposed.

The staff are very nice and helpful, the issue is there are so few of them. We never saw more than two members of staff and the poor staff member who was on himself at breakfast, cooked, served, cleaned tables and dealt with checkouts.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms adequate if a little small. My only gripe was breakfast, though everything was good felt a bit rushed, hot food was delivered before we were finished our cereal. Saying that would stay again, would request they hold breakfast till ready for it. Don’t know normal price for this hotel, but as we were there the weekend of rewind feel £218 for one night is exceedingly over priced for what we got. For that price expect 5 star treatment.

It was very obvious the hotel had recently carried out an upgrade of the rooms. They presented very well, in particular the bathrooms. Only issue was no safety bars on the wall where shower is over bath. Also as for room not on main road as no double glazing and also offered ear plugs at check-in.

A poor stay
Hotel is in need of a refurb. Poor finishings, scrached walls, uneven flooring. Trucks would pass on the road and the room would shake. Breakfast poor as I can do a better job at home.
