「The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. 「Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. 」

「Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. The apartment itself is very nice, 2 parking spaces allocated to the rear, can be quite tight but is manageable ( i have a ford ranger pickup ) inside the apartment is very nice also very spacious, kitchen has washing machine,tumble dryer, disheasher and all other essential appliances.The bedrooms all single...

「Property was exactly as described, well presented and spotlessly clean. The downstairs layout was well thought through and comfortable with large dining table and great kitchen facilities. Large well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms and the bed in the master suite was so comfortable I had to seek details from the owners of where I could get one.Limited use was made of the hot tub, but it was serviced twice during our stay.Parking was easy for our three cars and the EV charger was a big help....

「Absolutely amazingly perfect from start to finish. It was simple to get into, even finding it wasnt to hard and the location is beyond beautiful.. its littery opposite the beach , so much so- that you can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep through the window. The layout of the shack is perfext too, a kitchen with everything you could ever need. The recycling facilities are on top form too. 」
