"We were overwhelmed with the genuine care and attention of the hotel staff over the 2 week stay. This was our very first visit to Bali and we’re overwhelmed by the kindness of the team. "Internet was great , fantastic staff, they need new pool furniture. The gym is offsite and this should be mentioned in the listing. My room was nice, but the TV did not work. The water pump is very loud at night. Overall , good value for what you pay and a great location."
