Belle longere au calme mais extérieurs décevants

La longere est charmante, au calme et idéalement située dans le parc régionale. En revanche, pour les extérieurs, nous avons été un peu déçus : - la piscine n’est pas entretenue et s’est avérée inutilisable. - La balançoire n’était pas safe et se situe dans le terrain du bas qui n’etait globalement pas entretenu et du coup assez loin de la photo de l’annonce.

Décevant

Séjour très décevant. Certes le prix annoncé était attractif car nouveau sur le site. Le jardin sur les photos ne correspondait pas du tout à la réalité (propret et tondu sur les photos) et était impraticable sur les 4/5 du terrain avec de la végétation très haute donc totalement inaccessible pour des jeux à l'extérieur ou pour aller voir les moutons dans le pré attenant. La propriétaire nous a fait mariner tout le séjour sur la tonte et le prestataire venu au milieu du séjour a renoncé car il devait louer du matériel spécifique et la propriétaire a refusé de le louer. J'ai dû couper les ronces envahissantes pour les enfants. La fuite de la piscine a été réparée le 6e jour sur 10 (et bâche inadaptée donc pas protégée et sale), la climatisation annoncée sur le site n'existe pas et le ventilateur à disposition était cassé et n'a été remplacé que le 6e jour (2 chambres étouffantes sous les combles sans ventilateur par 35 degrés). Manque d'ustensiles basiques sans doute subtilisés ou cassés par les précédents locataires (pas d'essoreuse à salade, chaise cassée, pas de piles dans la télécommande TV au moment des JO...). A cela une propreté douteuse des sols et cuisine (et pas de produit d'entretien pour laver), porte de placard de cuisine cassée, transats et chaises sales, mégots dans le barbecue... Maison très humide au rdc et étouffante au premier étage. Bref j'accueillais mes enfants et petits enfants mais la maison n'était pas accueillante.
