didn’t realize the 2 spare beds were in the master bedroom, would recommend having it out, maybe even downstairs outside of the 2nd bedroom great guy, ty Jason!

Canyon stay
The property was comfortable for my husband and me the bathroom shower and view were the highlights. The kitchen was well stocked as the owner lives here, so it has all the things you’d have in your kitchen at home. The house wasn’t prepared for guests the way most rentals are — not as clean as we expect — the kitchen cabinet handles were sticky, the towels were worn and there were no washcloths, hand towels, or kitchen towels. The owner responded quickly to questions and was easy to work with.

Family Fun!
Very Happy with the accommodations. Close to everything we wanted to do in the Okanagan Valley. Lots of room, easily accessible, definitely recommend!

Nice house, good location, great views, not the usual VRBO.
Nice property in a new residential area. Master bedroom and bathroom are terrific, as is kitchen, living room and outdoor patio. Definitely congested with 8 in the house though. Cleaning fee is a bit high given the standard that we observed (not terrible, but also not great). First VRBO that we have ever stayed at that didn't have a coffee maker (though apparently one has been ordered). Managed more as a household that is rented out to people on the weekend as opposed to a traditional VRBO experience.

Thanks for the feedback Ross, I appreciate it and look to improve my guests experiences on a constant basis. You stated it was congested with 8 people, however your booking was for 4 adults. Again, I appreciate the feedback and now provide complimentary coffee alongside the new coffee maker. This home is in fact my residence that I operate short term rentals from whilst away from town.

CUTE HOUSE
The house was so warm and welcoming with a great view off the deck. Tucked away from the city but within minutes to drive to all the shopping and beach. Easy Instructions and Communication with the host

Great Stay
We stayed at Jay's place for a boys golf trip. The place was very nice and served as a great homebase for our trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Time well spent
The house was clean and we had enough space for everyone to comfortably rest in. The master bathroom’s shower had a clogged drain so we ended up sharing the guest washroom which was fine. Overall stay experience was good…

Great View of the Valley
Super nice new property that was fantastic for our family. We left a few personal items and the owner arranged to send our items to us. So grateful for the space.
