"Fantastic communication before our stay, and very thankful to be allowed an extra person at late notice.Lovely location, and enjoyed the pool. Just a couple of things we noticed, which were tiny and did not inconvenience us. Just pointing them out in case they've been missed:The coat hook rack on the wall by from door: It falls out the wall should you attempt to hang anything but keys.The shower downstairs: The drainage may have a block, as the tray fills up quickly.The DVD Player: May be a disc stuck in it. "Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. "
